[Sample requirements] 

Canine Relaxin (RLN) Test Kit is used to detect pregnancy in cats/dogs.

Samples should be tested on the same day; Samples that cannot be tested on the same day should be stored at 2-8 ° C over For 24 hours, it should be stored at -20℃.

[Test Procedure] 

The first method (whole blood test):

1. Draw1-2ml of cat/dog venous blood.

2. Draw 2 drops of whole blood with a pipette and add it to the sample well on the test box.

3. Add 1 drop buffer to the sample well.

4. Explain the results in 10-15 minutes.

The second method (serum test):

1. Draw1-2ml of cat/dog venous blood.

2. Serum was extracted by centrifugation at 4000 RPM for 15 min

3. Use a pipette to draw 2 drops of serum and add them to the sample on the test box.

4. Allow 10-15 minutes at room temperature to determine the result, any result over 20 minutes is invalid.

Note: The time required above is based on the room temperature of 15-30 ° C, if the room temperature is lower than 15 ° C, the time should be appropriately extended.

【 Result interpretation 】

Positive: Both the quality control line (C line) and the test line (T line) appear.

Negative: Only the quality control line (C line) appears.

Invalid: Quality control line does not appear. Shall take a new test card to retest.
