Canine Adenovirus Antigen (CAV Ag) Test Kit is used to rapidly detect canine adenovirus (CAV AG) antigen in canine nasal secretions.

[Detection principle] 

This product adopts the immunochromatographic gold standard double antibody sandwich detection technology, which can quickly, accurately and simply detect canine adenovirus (CAV) antigen in canine nasal secretions. With the minimum sample size required, results can be obtained in a short time (only 10-15 minutes). The test result on the test card contains the test line "T line" and the control line "C line". Before the sample was added, neither the "T-line" nor the "C-line" appeared. The "C line" is used to confirm that the sample has spread correctly on the test card. The "T-line" is used to confirm the presence of CAV antigen in the sample.

【 Storage and expiration date 】 

This kit is stored at 2-30℃; Do not freeze. Valid for 24 months; test kit After opening the bag, use the reagent as soon as possible.

[Sample requirements] 

1. Test sample: dog excreta

2. Samples should be tested on the same day; Samples that cannot be tested on the same day should be stored at 2-8 ° C over For 24 hours, it should be stored at -20℃.

[Test method] 

1. Return unopened test card and sample to room temperature (20 ℃-25 ℃).

2. Use a disposable sampling swab to take a sample from your dog's rectum or directly from fresh feces, dip it into a sample dilution tube (containing 0.5 ml of dilution buffer), mix well, and leave for 1 minute. The supernatant is the test solution. If the sample cannot be detected immediately, it should be refrigerated at 2-8 ° C. If more than 24 hours, should be frozen at -20 ℃ below.

3. 3, Place the test card horizontally, absorb the test solution with a pipette, and immediately add 3-4 drops (-100 μl) vertically above the sampling hole.

4. 4. Let the test card sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before reading the test results. If it takes more than 20 minutes, the test results are invalid.

【 Result interpretation 】

Positive: Both the quality control line (C line) and the test line (T line) appear

Negative: Only the quality control line (C line) is available

Invalid: Quality control line does not appear, take a new device to retest
