Canine Parvovirus Antibody (CPV Ag) Test Kit is used to detect canine coronavirus/parvovirus in dog feces.

[Product Highlights]

The reagent is prepared according to colloidal gold immunochromatography (GICA). After the sample is added to the sample well on the box, it will flow along the chromatographic membrane with the colloidal gold label. If coronavirus/parvovirus is present in the sample, the combination of the virus with the colloidal gold marker and antibodies on the test line will turn the test line red. If there is no coronavirus/parvovirus in the sample, the test line will not turn red. The quality control line turns red regardless of whether coronavirus/parvovirus is present in the sample.

【 Storage and expiration date 】 

This kit is stored at 2-30℃; Do not freeze. Valid for 24 months; test kit After opening the bag, use the reagent as soon as possible.

【 Sample requirements 】

1. This test box is only applicable to dog feces.

2. Collect fresh feces and immediately put the sample into the buffer and test it within 1 hour.

3. If the diluted sample cannot be tested in time, it can be refrigerated at 2-8 ℃ for 24 hours.

【 Sample Collection 】

1. Collect dog droppings with cotton swabs. Do not use large amounts of stool, so as not to block the membrane pore and affect the test results.

2. Place the collected sample in a buffer bottle, stir and leave for 1-2 minutes.

3, take out the cotton swab, tighten the cap of the buffer bottle, reverse it and mix it thoroughly.

【 Result interpretation 】

Positive: Both the quality control line (C line) and the test line (T line) appear.

Negative: Only the quality control line (C line) appears.

Invalid: Quality control line does not appear. Shall take a new test card to retest.
